Warranty

All machines carry one year parts warranty. All parts are covered by warranty. If we cannot repair your defective part within 30 Days after receipt of said part then we will replace it at no charge with another part.

We ship machines all over the Middle East and therefore any defective items must be returned to us for the necessary repairs to be done by our staff. In some cases we will be able to give you an advance replacement for the defective parts; we will send the replacement parts at our expense. If this is the case then the defective parts must be returned immediately after installing the advance replacement, via UPS etc. at the customers’ expense for the return shipping.

It is not necessary to return complete machines, just the part that has failed. If you have a problem and are not sure of the cause please call our service department and we will talk you through the problem.

Unauthorized service will void your warranty! Under our warranty any replacement parts that we send you will be installed by you or your service personnel at your own expense. We will not under any circumstances authorize payment for work done by 3rd party repair companies. If a 3rd party repair service is called by you the customer, you do so at your own expense unless otherwise stated in writing by our company.


Damage from shipping

If the machine we send you is damaged in shipment please note the damage on the Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it. Shipping damage is very rare but when it does occur it is usually minor. Usually the freight company will make a quick payment for such minor repairs.


After warranty

We have a flat rate repair or replacement program for many items. Please contact us for current repair prices on units that you need repaired. Spare parts are available in bulk to meet the requirements of our clients for every machine we ship.

Our aim is to ensure our customers receive the highest possible level of service at all times. Games Updating
